Register as a New Patient
- If you are a new patient to the practice, please fill in the ‘Registration Form’ on this website and submit it electronically.
- All bookings must be made via telephone, whereafter you will be sent a copy of our T’s & C’s including the tariffs.
Types of Bookings:
- Face-to-Face Consultations (30min, 45min or 60min)
- Virtual Consultations (30min, 45min, 60min)
** Please note that all New Patients has to be seen Face-to-Face for the first visit.
** Please note that most First Consultations for Mental Health Complaints will be 60minutes.
** Please note that the duration of the consultations may vary and you will be charged the amount of time actually used.
